Organisational structure is made of groups of users. In Administration/Groups and users you can decide, which groups will be presented in the org chart.
In "General group data" section choose "Show the group and its subgroups in Org Chart". Then the group and its subgroups will be shown in the chart.
What information about users can be shown in Org Chart?
- First and last name
- E-mail address (if it's set as public)
- Phone number (if it's set as public)
- Superior's name
- Other information that's set as visible in Administratrion
- Other groups the user's in
Administrators decide which fields are visible in the structure. They create additional fields and even ask users to fill them - for example hobby.
How does the search engine work?
In Org Chart you can search for users by their first name, last name or position. Search engine will suggest results:

If a group has a description, it will also be shown in the chart.
Remember that empty groups will also be shown if they're marked as visible!
