To create a 180° review, go to the Manage tab and then to Manage revievs/180° review. There you can see the list of reviews already being conducted on the platform - you can edit them by clicking on their name - and if you want to create a new one, just click on "Add review 180°" button.
You need to name your review and set the dates. You can also add description and turn on reminders about the review.
There's also a lot of other options that make the process much easier:
When you add the review, you can create a template, acceptance questions and add participants.
First step would be going to "Template" tab and adding a page, so you can later add questions to it.
You have to name the page and set the visibility - whether it will be visible to both sides of the review or only to one of them. Of course it has to be visible to someone!
When you create at least one page, you can add questions to it, using the "Add question" button or a little plus on the list of questions.
You can choose one question type from the provided list - there are typical question types like scale or open question, but you can also automatically assess competences assigned to users in their job profiles, just choose the "Automatic assessment of skills" type.
When you add all the pages and questions you need, you can add acceptance questions. They're not mandatory, but they can help with the process - they're only visible to the reviewer (not the reviewed person) and they show up when both sided complete their review. You can add them in the "Acceptance questions" tab - it works the same way as with questions in the review template.
Last step would be adding actual participants. Just go to the "Participants" tab - there you can see users already taking part in the review and their progres and also you can add new ones by clicking on the "Add participats" button.
When you choose everyone that's supposed to take part in the review, go back to the "Properties" tab and click "Publish" - then the review will become visible to participants.
