When creating an event, from the "Event type" list you need to choose "Creating task" - that will give you access to new fields, regarding that type of event.
Mandatory fields are "Task name", "Task contrator" and "Task principal", the rest is optional.
It's important to set the contractor and the principal. The contractor will get the task and the principal will have to confirm, that the task is completed. As contractors, you can choose the assigned user, their superior or other user (you have to choose them from every user on the platform).
You can also decide if the task will be automatically closed after it's confirmed as completed and if the users will be automatically updated - for example, when you change someone's superior, they'll become the task's principal, not the old one.
When you create this event, publish it and add it to a path, this way it will become visible to users and the tasks will start to generate.
You can use those tasks as reminders of some duties they have or even in the onboarding programs - example of such task can be "Go to your HR department and sign all the documents".
