In the "Workflows" tab you set the path for an application to follow.
With an "Add definitions" button you create said path, configuring step by step:
- "Properties" - here you add the name and description and decide if this workflow will be the default one.
- "Steps flows" - here, using the "Add new step" button, you create each step that the applications has to go through. You can choose if the user that will accept the application in this step, will be notified about it.
You have a few types of steps to choose from:
Each type determines the conditions that have to be met in order to accept the step. It can be choosing a person that will accept it or performing an action that will make the step accepted.
User in relation will choose the pre-defined supervisor that will have to accept the step.
The user based on the value of the additional user field will choose a user basing on set value of an additional field.
Directly selected user allows you to choose one specific person.
User by filter chooses a user basing on parameters set by you.
Waiting for the date accepts the application after set date.
Assignment and implementation of educational path items determines elements that have to be completed by user in order to accept the step.
Adding the user to the survey action accepts the step after a survey is added for a user.
It's also possible to set acceptance to be done after an action is performed - an external system message is sent etc.
You can also define if undo reason is reqiured and which fields can be edited in which step.
- The last tab "Users" is needed if the workflow is not default - that's where you choose users that the workflow will be applied to.
