Sharing files in HCM Deck is intuitive and easy.
Adding files from your hard drive
To add a file from your computer, go to Manage/Manage files and click "Upload a file".
You'll be redirected to file's properties - just name it and use the "Add" button to choose it from your hard drive.
When you choose and save the file, publish it to make it visible for assigned users.
Adding external files
You can also add links to the platform - if you want users to be able to watch a YouTube video or see a sheet that's on Google Drive, choose "Embed external content".
Adding a link is super easy - just name it and paste the address.
You can decide if you want the link to open in a new tab or in a pop-up window. If you choose a pop-up, you'll have to choose its size.
When you set all the parameters, click "Save" on the bottom of the page and publish the file.
