To start creating a traning, use the "New training" button in Manage/Manage training menu. On the list you can see training that are already created - you can edit them by clicking on their name.
The "New training button" will move you to a new window that will allow you to define a whole bunch of options regarding the training.
In the first part, called "General data", all you have to do is give the training a name, everything else is optional, but filling it will help users gain more information about the training.
Next group of settings helps you decide who should manage applications and set many useful details.
Here you can define who can enroll for the training date, if they can withdraw from chosen date and on what conditions, if users can propose replacements for them, if they need to create a request before they apply for the traning and so on. It's all really useful.
In "Evaluation settings" you can link a test to the training. It can be assigned to participants both before and after the traning to help you see if they actually learned something ;)
Just choose the test from those already created on the platform and define some details about it.
Next group of settings is about notifications.
You can notify different users about different action - for example if the user's superior should get an information about them taking part in the training or if the user should be notified about their application being accepted.
Next, as with every educational object, you can choose a certificate users will be able to download after completing the training. Of course you can also set the cyclicity of the training, as everywhere.
When you add a training, you gain access to new tabs: "Dates", "Requests", "Materials", "Competences" and "Assignments".
In "Requests" you can see requests for new dates that were already added and a button to create a new one.
In "Materials" you can add files regarding the training, that assigned users can download.
In "Competences" you can choose from already existing competences those that you want to be gained by users after they finish the training.
And in "Assignments" you can choose who will have access to the training and will be able to sign up for a date.
"Dates" tab shows you the list of training dates that are already created and allows you to create a new one.
As with every element, when creating a new date, you start with basic information - in this case it's the dates, limit of participants, enrollment times and stand-by list.
You can fill in information about trainers and the place, where the training will be held.
Next options are about notifications - about any changes in the date or just reminders about it.
The last part regards surveys - you can choose surveys that are already on the platform, to be sent to participants before and/or after the training. Just click on the "+" and then choose one position from the list.
When you add the date, you gain access to new tabs.
"Applications" tab allows you to see, who's enrolled and what's their application status. As an administrator, you can change their status and add new applications for users.
In "Documents" tab you can add files that will be available to date's trainer.
"Surveys" show a list of suvreys related to the date and in "External surveys" you can add results from a survey conducted offline during the training.
"Presence" tab shows who actually attended the date and if they got any result from it. and "Tasks" show any tasks related to the date.
When you're done with configuring the training and its dates, remember to publish the training - it will become visible to users.
