✔️ Using the "Audit" section in "Roles & Permissions"

The Audit tab available in Roles & Permissions allows you to quickly verify object roles. You can check:

• What users / groups have specific object roles ("Used by" column")
• On what groups / folders, specific users / groups can use a role ("Used on" column)

When is the object role audit useful?

Use this audit to making sure that object roles are assigned to correct users / groups and that these users / groups can use the object roles on the correct groups / folders. 

Important!

If you want to check all roles assigned to a specific user, the best place to do it is "Reports".
