Some data in HCM Deck can be exported using predefined reports.
To access them, go to Analytics > Reports and choose a report from the list.
All of them work the same way, so we can go through a random one, let’s choose Results of the survey.
In the first step you choose the element you want to report.
In the second step you choose users you want to see in the report.
In the last step you choose the format of the report and you can generate it.
Save the file and your report is ready.
When creating a view, you can also use it as a recurring report sent to some specific people at a specific time.
In the view options you need to change the view type to Recurring report and save changes.
It will unlock the Recurring report section where you can set the details about the report.
In the first step you define the date and time of the first delivery and then the frequency of the report.
In the second step you choose recipients. You can use groups of users on the platform or input e-mail addresses of people who don’t even have accounts in HCM Deck.
Click Create and your recurring report is ready to be sent.
Create dashboards to keep your reports in one place and use handy visualizations.
To create a dashboard, go to Analytics > Dashboard and click the big plus icon next to the ‘Dashboards’ header.
To rename the dashboard, click the pencil icon next to its name.
To add a report to the dashboard, click Add report.
Select the metric you’re interested in and click its name.
You can narrow down displayed data using filters. You can also group data for easier analysis.
When your report is ready, click Add report and you can see it in your dashboard.
