Creating and sending newsletter with knowledge base content
The newsletter allows you to email information about new attachments and news in the knowledge base.
To create a newsletter, go to Newsletter and click the plus icon at the top of the page. There, choose the Knowledge base newsletter option.
Name your newsletter. The name will also be the subject of the email. Then define send date and time and click Add.
First, click the Let’s add something button and choose news and attachments that will be sent in the newsletter. You can drag and drop them on the list to change their order.
Apart from the knowledge base content, you can upload a header and write something in the footer.
Who will get your newsletter? Employees that have access to content in the knowledge base that you chose. You’re not choosing recipients, the platform will check who has access to the content and will email the newsletter to them.
You can access newsletter settings by clicking three dots in the upper right corner. You can delete it, change the title and send date or send a test email to yourself to check how the newsletter will look in your inbox.
Creating and sending newsletter with custom content
Apart from a newsletter with knowledge base content, you can also create a newsletter with custom content.
Click the plus icon and choose the Custom content newsletter option.
Input the newsletter content and upload the newsletter header.
When your newsletter is ready, click Set up delivery to define who and when will get your email.
Change the title, select recipients and schedule delivery or send it right away.
