Creating a feedback cycle
To create a feedback cycle, go to Feedback > Feedback. Before you click Create a cycle, learn more about running feedback cycles by reading the article linked at the top of the page.
After you click Create a cycle, you have to name it, you can also add a description that will be visible to everyone taking part in the review. Click Next and proceed with other settings.
Set the timeline, choose who will give feedback and if it will be anonymous, then click Create.
In the next step you need to choose participants. Click Add participants and choose whole groups or individual employees. Participants are employees that will be evaluated. When you choose all the participants, click Add.
The next step allows you to create a form template. Here you can edit the form introduction and add questions. You can add an automatic evaluation of skills that are added to employees’ skill profiles, questions about other skills and open-ended questions. After you add all the questions, click Update.
The next step are settings. Here you can adjust the timeline, change who will give feedback and change a few other things. Remember to click Save if you change anything.
The last step are notifications. Here you can turn on scheduled notifications and send an immediate notification. Remember to click Save if you change anything.
