Trainings on the platform help with gathering enrollments, informing and checking attendance regarding events that have a set date.
To start creating a training, go to Training > Trainings and click Add training in the upper right corner.
Start with general data - name of the training, its categories and description.
Then move to basic and additional settings. Here you can change settings regarding signing up, attendance and testing.
Like with most elements on the platform, you can add custom fields to trainings and fill them here.
In advanced settings you can turn on notifications, certificate and cyclicity. You can also set a training cost, both real and virtual.
At the end add the training to a folder and click Add to save changes.
In the Materials tab you can upload files that will be available to download for employees assigned to the training.
To do that, click Add educational material, choose the file from your computer, name it, add a description and click Add.
Every training needs to have at least one date, so that employees can sign up for it. Of course there can be more dates of one training.
To add a date, go to the Dates tab in a training and click Add training date.
Start with setting start and end dates, you should also inform employees about the location. It can be a physical address or a link to an online meeting.
Then fill some more information regarding the date: number of training hours and name of the trainer. You can also set a limit of participants or enrollment time restrictions.
In advanced settings you can turn on notifications regarding the date and input more information about the location and trainers.
At the end click Add and the date will become available for employees.
