The AI Assistant for the Knowledge Base in HCM Deck is a tool that uses artificial intelligence to speed up and simplify the process of finding information. Thanks to it, you can quickly access the most important content—without the need to dig through long articles or extensive attachments.
Where can you use it?
The function is available in the Knowledge Base module:

What possibilities does it offer?
For Knowledge Base pages
For each Knowledge Base page, you can choose one of the options:
Summarize this article – this function automatically generates a summary of each Knowledge Base page, allowing you to quickly understand the key points without reading the entire text. It is an excellent solution for those who want to grasp the core message in just a few moments.
Prepare questions for me – this function generates review questions that help consolidate knowledge and verify whether the most important information has been understood. Thanks to this, you learn faster and more effectively, ensuring you’ve absorbed the key elements of the material.
Other options, such as Prepare an educational quiz, Show content as a mind map, or Knowledge test, are not yet available. By clicking on them, you can send us feedback on which features should be introduced first or share your own ideas. Your opinion will help us develop the platform according to your needs.
After selecting one of the options, you will receive the Assistant’s response in the same window.
For attachments
In the case of attachments, after clicking the AI Assistant icon, you will receive its summary—without opening the file itself. You don’t need to open documents or files to find out what they contain. The AI Assistant automatically creates summaries of attachments, saving you time and energy.
For search results
After performing a search in the Knowledge Base, you’ll see an AI Assistant icon next to each result. By clicking it, you’ll receive a short summary of the content of that material, automatically generated by artificial intelligence.
You no longer need to open and browse through multiple articles to check whether they contain the answer to your question. AI summarizes the key points, making it easier to assess the usefulness of the material. As a result, you can reach the information you need much faster.
AI Assistant options
Each answer generated by the AI Assistant can be easily copied using the "copy" icon located above the response.
You can also copy all generated responses (the entire chat) by using the Copy option at the bottom of the AI Assistant window.
We encourage you to share your opinion and rate the generated responses using the icons located just above the response. Your feedback will allow us to improve this function and respond to potential inaccuracies.
Functionality uses artificial intelligence (AI)
The tool uses an artificial intelligence system that automatically generates content summaries and review questions based on data entered into the Knowledge Base module. Interaction takes place with the AI system, not with a human.
Please note that AI-generated responses may not be fully accurate—we recommend verifying them before further use.
