AI Assistant for the Knowledge Base – Configuration

The Assistant function is based on artificial intelligence (AI), and in accordance with applicable legal regulations, users should be informed about this fact. For this reason, it is the client’s platform administrator who decides whether to enable it in their environment (Configuration/Security/AI Features).
