Skills Analytics in HCM Deck gives you a clear, simple way to understand how skills are developing across your organization. It brings together key data, highlights trends, and helps you quickly spot both strengths and areas that need more attention or development.
Where can you find Skills Analytics?
You can access it by going to Skills → Skills Analytics.
(For now, it’s available only to users with the Portal Configuration permission.)
What capabilities does it offer?
Skills Analytics allows you to:
- a look at the overall state of skill development across the entire organization - a high-level view that summarizes the most important skill-related metrics, showing which skills are the most and least developed, as well as which are the most and least common in the company. The following sections present a skill map for the whole organization and the distribution of skill levels within the most popular skills.
- compare skill data between different employee groups based on role, manager, or custom fields
- open Details to get a deeper look into the skills of a selected group
- use filters and grouping options to focus on specific parts of the organization and compare them with others or with the whole company
Why is it worth using Skills Analytics?
- Skills Analytics lets you map the current state of skills by showing key metrics and the most important information related to skills.
- It allows you to take a broad look at the entire organization or zoom in on a specific part of it, defined through filters and grouping options.
